LONG QUEUE AND THEN UNABLE TO EXCHANGE

Today I went to Edgars in the mall to exchange a top that I have bought that is too small. So as I am new in this area I got the red sticker at the door from the security. So I I took a bigger size and then stood in the queue for 45 min with only a few people in front of me. When I got at the front the lady said "No we can not help you. You can't exchange here you must go to the exchanged counter." When I got there, without any assistance, I see that this queue is way to long and I will stand there forever because this queue is not only for exchange but you can also buy your shopping there and everything. I asked them can't she even help me because I have allready stood in a huge queue BUT no one wanted to help me. And everyone was sooo rude. I asked a Few poeple who worked there. The one lady even said "Now what must we do". I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT EDGARS IN ANY WAY AGAIN. BAD ATTIDUDE, BAD BAD BAD SERVICES, NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND NO CARE IN FOR A CUSTOMER.
