TELKOM SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I requested Telkom Call Center to transfer my Telkom telephone line to a new location. I have received NO calls NO SMS's and have not heard ANYTHING. I have followed up about 3 times and they tell me each time that the technician will come on the 15th of March. THE GODDAMN TECHNICIAN DIDNT SHOW UP. MY HANDS ARE TIED WITHOUT MY INTERNET CONNECTION AND WITH 8ta's TERRIBLE SIGNAL I ALSO CANNOT GET ANYTHING DONE ON MY MOBILE CONNECTION. I Went to the Strand Telkom shop and the lady just told me they are not working on weekends and that I need to check again Monday. I am sick of this. HOW CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOMERS STAND IN A QUEUE WITH JUST 1 PERSON AVAILABLE TO ASSIST. I WAS THE THIRD PERSON LEAVING BECAUSE THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ASSIST 1 CLIENT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO WALK OUT BECAUSE I HAVE NO TIME FOR THE REDICULOUS QUEUE ANYMORE.
AND DURING THIS DELAY THE SERVICE STILL HAS TO BE PAID FOR AND I HAVE NO USE OF IT WHAT SO EVER. YOU CAN COUNT ON ME MAKING AN APPEARENCE TO APPEAL AND DISPUTE THE NEXT TELKOM BILL I RECEIVE.
Is it so difficult for one of your technicians just to come and transfer 1 line?
I DEMAND PROPER SERVICE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I AM PAYING FOR.
