Autopage are the most incompetent and inconsiderate organisation that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Autopage have continually been in breach of contract throughout my contract period:
constantly debiting my account before due date
then constantly suspending my service when I changed to cash payments days and even weeks after payments were made
constantly ignoring emails
constantly suspending my service after acknowledging receipt of payment
blatantly rude staff putting the phone down on me
debiting my account after cancellation of contract
debiting my account in smaller amounts adding up to what they think is due
I have been promised over a year ago that bank charges incurred would be refunded, yet heard nothing
Final notice was sent to Niri Pillay [Email Removed] and Ashley Molies [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] requesting a response failing which further action would result.
Neither employee has had the decency to offer me the courtesy of a response.
I request Hellopeter.com to investigate this matter further.
