Since my complaint of 9 Feb another 18 days have passed and still Autopage refuse to answer my email. Yet they have the audacity to debit my bank account again on 25 Feb for a contract that has long since been cancelled. My bank informs me that Autopage are able to continue debiting my account by changing the reference numbers that they attach to the stop orders and I cannot stop them. I need to know who at Autopage I need to address a legal demand to.
