Altech Autopage illegally debiting my bank account

Hi... I settled my cellphone contact (cellphone number 0836120636) on the 16/10/2013. That same day I requested to have the contract cancelled completely and the debit order cancelled. Looking at my bank statement I realise that Altech Autopage have debited my account for the same amount of my contract instalment. Indicating that the debit order was never cancelled. Altech Autopage have debited my account without my authorisation - this is an illegal transcation. Resolution: return funds into my bank account immediately!
