Again no response to cancellation request

I made a complaint on HelloPeter on the 21st of May after all other avenues resulted in no response (online, 2 mails and phone call). Someone did contact me 3 days after the complaint and said that my contract only expires in July. In simple terms I explained that it falls out of a the 24 month contract period and cancellation in June results in the end of a 24 month period since the contract started 20th June 2007. He said it makes sense and will just double check with his colleagues and get back to me. I clearly stated that if he didnt come back to me I will accept that my request to cancel the contract was successful and that I will reject any debit order from autopage after June. I did not get back to me. Please to NOT contact me about this again. Do not try to recoup the amount since I have sufficient evidence that I did everything in my power and did not receive any information from autopage that my contract is not cancelled. I will just (as previously successfully) contact transunion with my proof and the account will be removed from my itc record.

It has been a painful 6 years with Autopage and I cannot see how you can expect growth with the service levels your offer.
