INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!

After receiving my monthly statement, i realized that the previous months payment is not reflecting on my statement. I immediately phoned autopage and advised them of this. They advised I should fax/email the proof of payment to them. I done this on 21/05/2013, i received confirmation back from autopage via email that they have received the email and thanx for the enquiry, it will be sorted out shortly. We are now in July, today i received a sms notifying me that if i don't pay the amount of R674.44 immediately they will suspend my service. The amount that is outstanding is the amount reflecting on the proof of payment to them on 21/05/2013. I HAVE NOW SPOKEN TO MORE THAN 1 PERSON AT AUTOPAGE WHO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEY DID INDEED RECEIVE MY PAYMENT AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN LOCKED. TO MY SUPRISE AUTOPAGE WENT AHEAD AND CUT MY SERVICE LAST WEEK, THIS WAS RECTIFIED WITHOUT ANY CALL OR APOLOGY. NOW IT IS MONDAY AND AGAIN AUTOPAGE SUSPENDED MY SERVICE!!! CLEARLY THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT TO DEAL WITH ADMIN!! I HAVE ASKED THAT MANAGEMENT CALL ME BACK TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER, BUT AGAIN THIS WAS NOT DONE!!! SUSPENDING A SERVICE FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!
