Vodacom Internet ISP is a Joke!

Phoned them on 3 November 2012 with data-line being disconnected. They sent out a technician immediately, and yet the problem persisted. The technician even agreed that their towers were sending out signals intermittently and left. A day later the problem persisted. Another technician was sent out with different equipment to monitor signal fluctuations. He also agreed that it was intermittent and asked me to log the disconnects. I did so. Since then no-one has ever asked us for feedback. 2 days ago I called the service center again, and was told, that I should find more people in the area who have the same problem as logging a call on my number again was not important. So now on top of paying R429 per 2.5 gig on a stupid connection, I must go and do their marketing research for them too??? Please Vodacom, get your into gear, and fix your towers! MTN and telkom have dropped their line rates and fees to such an extent that we no longer need you and your second rate standards.
