I renewed my contract on 7 December 2012 (upgrade) and chose the Samsung Galaxy S3. On 21 December 2012 I noticed that the screen was cracked from top to bottom. I returned the phone to Montana branch, who said they will send it in to assess why it broke and have it repaired. On 3 December 2012 I phoned them and they said the phone is still at Head Office's repairs department. I then phone the repairs department and they informed me that it was already returned to Montana. Montana then said they don't have the phone it is definitely still at Head Office. The buck then kept being passed between Montana and Head Office. Montana then said they have an email that the phone is at Head Office. At Head Office I held on for 25 minutes and was passed from person to person and then cut off in the end without being helped. The next day I phone Montana again. They then promised that they will have an answer in this week. Tomorrow is the end of the week - still no phone and no answer. I would now like to cancel my contract because I don't want a phone that breaks without reason after 3 weeks and then have to struggle with bad service.
