After complaining at Hello Peter, Autopage client services and Montana branch, I received response stating that they are looking at my problem and that a consultant will phone me. That was on Friday 11 January. To date nobody contacted me. I still have no phone. After I phoned them again on Friday, they now reckoned that the technician assessed the cracked screen and reckons it is my problem and I must pay to have it repaired. What happened to getting a guarantee these days? I had the phone for TWO WEEKS and it cracked by itself, although they do not believe it. I checked on Google and found that this is actually a very common problem with the Samsung Galaxy S III. I don't know what else to do or who to contact. It is not fair that I must pay for damage I did not cause on a two week old phone.
