My contract was cancelled in August without being informed and I was charged a cancellation fee. I have called the call centre (since August) and emailed customer services (since November) a numerous amount of times, I received 2 reply emails one asking me for my id number and the other stating that I would be contacted shortly and still to date my query as not been resolved.
