Samsung Galaxy S III

Electronics and household app.

I made the mistake to choose above phone when I renewed my cell phone contract with Autopage Montana branch on 7 December 2012. Two weeks later, on 21 December, I noticed a crack in the centre of the screen from top to bottom. The phone never fell and I did not bump it or anything. I returned the phone to my service provider, who said they will assess who will be held responsible for the damages. After a lot of phone calls from my side (they never returned my calls), they informed me that it was an external damage problem and I had to pay for it. I Googled this problem in the meantime and found that this seems to be a very common problem with this specific phone. Apparently I am not the only client whose screen just cracked by itself and the service providers then refused to repair the phone. What am I supposed to do now? I had a phone for two weeks for which I have to pay for two years and now it will cost me R2 000 to fix. Please assist.
