Phone for repairs in October 2013, still no phone

CEO's ATT: I think this message should be taken up with the CEO of this Company, since this is my 3rd complaint on hello peter and needless to say, I am cancelling my contract with Autopage. Why should I, with all due respect, explain my situation for the 3rd time? Whereas, I actually should have gotten my phone back long time ago. We are standing in Febr 14 already. As I explained previously (twice on hello peter), I am totally dissatisfied with the service. I handed my phone in Oct 13 at Woodlands branch for repairs, after a month I investigated, only to be told my phone was returned to the branch as it was sent to Cell C "the wrong service provider" and that I should take my phone to head office, they will go as far as give me a new phone, under which circumstances I did. My phone was handed in at Head Office in Nov 13, after which I was told I cannot get a new phone & r throwing my phone in the queue for repairs and I was told I will get my phone back on 13 Dec 13. A certain Mark from Head Office told me last week, the delay in repairing my phone was because of the "festive season". Jan 14 passed, Febr 14 arrived. Today, 7 Febr I was told last week by Mark, I will get my phone.
