Pretty Useless Exercise

I have a contract due for an upgrade, I would like to get a Nokia Lumia 510. I decided to look into this on Sunday. Both your Northpark & Montana Stores were closed on Sunday with no store in Wonderpark or Wonderboom Junction which made it a futile exercise over the weekend (heaven only knows why stores are still closed on Sundays - what is this 1975??)

On Monday I phoned your Northpark, Montana, Menlyn and Sandton City stores only to be told they have no stock of this phone. NOT ONE of those stores could tell me when they will have stock again with only a couple of VAGUE 'maybe next week's. When I asked them why they have no stock, I got different stories from each store. From head office moving to the warehouse moving to a change in couriers.

I have been a loyal Autopage client since 1999. The only fool here is me for sticking around for 14 years. Because really, who are we, the mere minions that pay our money over to you and it is of course very unreasonable for me to expect any service or convenience. I think I shall let this contract run it's course and move to a different service provider.

Go ahead, I am waiting for a useless call from someone with more excuses.
