Phone for repairs for over 3 months, heading for 4

This is my second complaint: I took my phone in for repairs to the branch on 20 October 2013, after a month no one came back to me, I went to the branch only to find out my phone was returned "unrepaired". I delivered my phone at Head Office in November 2013 for repairs, after which they told me I would get my phone back around 13 December 2013.By 20 December 2013 I still did not receive my phone. In December I thought my problem was resolved, after altech contacted me and "supposedly" credited me 1 months instalment, which did not happened. They still deducted payment in December, for a phone i don't have and could not use!! Now, 26 January 2013 I still are not in receipt of my repaired phone. This is the worst service I have ever gotten my whole life. I now, after 3 months, heading for 4 months, insist on a new phone, because crediting my account, autopage is obviously not doing!!! Why should I pay for a phone I cannot use? It is rediculous!!! Can I cancel my contract due to this bad service, if any service???
