Exchanged second hand shoes for new ones

I bought a pair of Hi-Tec hiking boots early last year, and unbeknownst to me, this brand was not well suited for my needs, nor the shape of my feet. I got a lot of bruises and just wearing them caused me pain. I contacted head office and within less than an hour Jeff phoned me back, explained why the shoes are hurting me, and even offered that I can take these second hand shoes to the Montana branch and they will swop them for a new pair of a different kind that's better suited to my needs. I only would have to pay in the difference.
I did go an exchange them and Rudi at the Montana branch was very helpful and also added an addiotional discount on the pay in price. I was impressed enough to buy another pair of shoes as well.
I will be wearing Hi-Tecs for many years to come. Thanks.
