No one knows how to assist

Telecommunications

I have bought a new SIM card on 9 Oct & was told reactiviation will take between 10 - 14 days. Last week I phone to find out when my line will be open again as I am starting work on Friday & need my phone. Kagiso (0821905) told me that they didn't receive e reactiviation forms send via email from the Vodashop Columbine Square & I need to FAX my documents - who in this day & age still uses a fax?? - after telling him 3 times I am at home on maternity leave & only have email, he gave me an email address. I phoned on Thursday & was told that my line will be open in the following 12 to 24 hrs. I need to take the SIM card out of my phone (first time that this has been told to me). 24hrs later phone still saying "NO SIM". This morning still no sim. We phoned 0821905, & was told to phone 0821946, then was told this is not their problem, need to phone 0821945 & they only do new activations & not current / old no. & it is not their problem either & need to phone 0821946 the accounts dept. so clearly NO one within Vodacom can sort this out. Who ever within Vodacom that CAN sort this out, contact my husband & I am over this bad service & DONT want to speak to anyone.
