Call dropped on my ear by Rude, discourteous agent

I called the collections call centre to check my balance and the agent by the name of Maropeng (not sure if thats her name but it sounded like that) requested my id number which i gave and then requested my cell number which i gave, she then told me i must speak "properly" i had to repeat myself 3 times and when i told her that i wont be repeating myself and that she needs to keep up she hung up the phone. what kind of serive is this? im disgusted and i want you guys to deal with that agent accordingly, your call center sounds like its a fish market with the level of noise not to mention attitude. you need to teach your stupid agents soft skills and a proper manner to handle their customers.they are not doing me a favor by assist me .i called using the number 27105901413 at 08:19 am 25 Sep 2013 (this morning).i need urgent feedback i wont be disrespected by an agent, i am a paying customer and i deserve respect and to be assisted by someone who has peoples skills not someone who goes out of her way to make customers feel stupid. the agent was abrupt, discourteous and full of attitude.i want the call to be traced and get back to me. im disgusted and highly disappointed.
