Pathetic Attitude

Every time I call the Mbd Attorneys call center I get upset because of all of their consultants and a few of their supervisors don'e listen. Every time I call I'm not happy with the attitude they give me, from the agent and when you request to speak to the supervisor they even more more rude. When you try yo talk they'll cut you short from making your comment or concern and then give you a wrong response or answer and they are very quick in asking if there's anything more you want to say, making it clear that you wasting their time. This just happened a few minutes ago, this agent would not listen to what I have to say, she jumps to conclusion, cuts me short talking and the attitude is pathetic. If management trains their people to handle clients with respect and professionalism, there'll be less complaints.
