I called upgrades department regarding my upgrade this morning 12/03/2013 @7:45 and 9:06 to confirm my upgrade and they acknowledges it was in order with NO ADDITIONAL COSTS. When I did the upgrade they gave me a R1150 penalty fee. Why didn't the consultant inform me. After the upgrade I was told to call customer care to activate the LTE network. At 19:51I called customer care and after very bad attitude from the consultant, she activated the LTE network but said to me she need to cancel the BIS network. After this I called data support @ 20:00 to get further help with my bbm service that's not working. This consultant told me that the previous consultant should never have cancelled the BIS service. Please listen to these voice recordings and tell me if these consultants are qualified to help customers! PLEASE SEND YOUR CONSULTANTS FOR PROPER TRAINING AND PLEASE CALL ME BACK!!! I am getting fed up with this poor service.
