Bad attitude from Balckberry department agent

I have made calls previously to vodacom customer care line and recceived good service but today some lady from the Blackberry department gave me bad attitude and sounded very rude. what made me angry worse is the fact that she hung up on me towards the end of the phone call to show her rudeness. i think her name is Nomusa (not sure). This is a bad attitude that would make a person consider changing networks.
