Cancellation of Account

I had a data account with CellC which I decided to cancel due to various reasons.
Went to a branch on 4 February to cancel the account & the agent told me my bank account will still be debited until the end of March as it takes 30 days to process.
I decided to use up my allocated bandwidth for the month, which is already allocated to me & for which I'm going to pay for. To my surprise, I found that my account has already been cancelled & now unable to log on.
How can you suspend my account if I'm still paying for it??? Unacceptable!!! You are basically my money!
