My 8ta data sim number is 0815781545
My account has been suspended for over a week now, 8 days to be precise, due to the fact that my payment is not allocated to my account, 8ta tried debiting my account on the 25 Jan using this Naidoo tracking system, but there was no money in my account then, they then debited money on the 31 of January R595 and then after something like a week almost 2 weeks later they suspend my account.

I have spoken to Tshepo Makgaka, Lydia Ngakane, Nokuthula Mguni and many more 8ta agents, they all confirm that payment was made from my account but nothing has been done to activate my account, we use this data service for internet Caf? and now we have been out of internet for more than a week, we have lost a lot of money due to this. I have sent proof of payment to all three people I have mentioned above and nothing, absolutely nothing has been done, they pass me from one agent to the other.
