Once again service is appalling!

I have a loan with FNB which was paid up last month. Last month FNB debited my account twice for the payment & when i queried this as it was done on different days i was told it was an error and that this would be returned to my account & a letter would be sent to me saying this was paid up. To date I have not received anything. This month my account was debited again & when i called t query this i was told that my account was not paid up & that i was taking rubbish as they could not see this on the loan account payments which was visible on my online banking profile. After speaking to the consultant who refused to listen & basically accused me of lying I then had to tell the consultant to go look at all the debits from my account for last month and pointed out that on the 25th and 29th my account was debited twice & a reversal done for the one amount as this was now paid up. After 30 minutes of holding on i was then told this was an error as the money collected last month had not been allocated to my account as yet. One month later and payment has not been allocated! Now i must wait 5 to 7 days for the money to be returned and this is not my fault but FNB's imcompetency! Unacceptabl
