I Have one residential number with two accounts

Iv been with this useless lot to the total of 3 times now, Iv cancelled and reconnected entire time. Okay well the 3rd time I hoped that they would of "improved" there standards by now... but in actual fact it has just become worse "what a joke". So besides the thick headed staff that sound like friendly headless chickens, not only do they waste ones time, but they completely frustrate a person as well. Iv had one maybe two good months since Iv used there services again. It seems none of them work for the same company, at the moment, I am using my Mobile phone for internet now due to there stupidity. Which are extra costs, excluding the costs Iv made to try and receive some sort of help or service by calls because some of us, "the people"only use it for internet, not calls... so in actual fact we don't have a land-line phone to use to make use of the toll free number "free service". I recommend any one wanting to use internet, use these fools to install your phone line because we have no other option and use another Internet service provider for your needs. Telkom is only useful for getting set up. Other than that as a I.T technician myself I would recommend anyone else other than Telkom.
