Yes it is me again. I am so sick and tired of the run around. I should've called Telkom yesterday but put it off because it always gives me such a headache and I know it will just be a problem no matter what I do. Here is my story:

I work from home and I have a residential phone line and ADSL line. I am opening a shop in Langebaan in a few weeks. I want to do the following:
1) change the line from residential to business
2) get the lines installed in my new shop
3) because it will have to be a new number I will want for 1 month the relay service so any calls made to the old number get forwarded to the new number
4) for the next month after that I would like a message service on my old number informing anyone that calls to please call the new number.

I am opening the shop in about 4 - 6 weeks time and I would of course like all of this to be done quite strategically so that I am not without internet or a phone line for even a minute as I have an e-commerce company which would be a HUGE problem if I have no internet for even a day.

I also want to find out pricing and whether I could get 2 lines and other info.

However when I called Telkom this morning the residential side said I
