Telkoms - absolute useless service

Had a complaint regarding Telkom, they have still not bothered to come back - now they have worked in our area again and the phone line is down again! Can they ever get anything right?? It's time we get another service provider as Telkom is useless. They send an email to say they are looking into the complaint - the previous one is still unanswered!! Now I have no phone - my line sounds engaged??? My cell tells me the line is busy - are technicians sitting and using my phone? Really frustrating as I can't make or receive any calls! They worked on the line as my neighbour could not get onto the internet - then our phones were dead. Now she has her line back but no internet and I don't have a phone line but MWebs ADSL???
