No Exchange with Out-Of-Box Failure

I Purchased a Lenovo S6000 tablet on the 2nd of January (Thursday) from the Cavendish branch of Cellucity on a Vodacom contract.

Firstly they sold me the wrong sized SIM card - I discovered on Sunday as the tablet was bought as a present and was only "played" with by then - and using a normal sized SIM card it failed to detect the SIM card had been inserted.

Taking the tablet back to Cellucity on the 6th of January (Monday) I was told this was an Out-Of-Box failure and when I asked for a new replacement tablet they said it would have to be sent off to the "Repair center ".

Then they sent the tablet to the WRONG repair center, so It first had to come back to Cellucity and then only managed to send it to the right repair center - this now having taken 2 weeks to do.

It's now been two and a half weeks and its reached the repair center and they confirmed that they will send a replacement tablet - but they have NO ETA on when I will get my replacement tablet because the repair center is waiting on stock.

Cellucity Cavendish have confirmed they are UNWILLING to arrange a local replacement and wait for the "confirmed" replacement to arrive from the repair center.
