FALSE ADVERTISING

I went onto the Jet website and saw that they offer dental insurance. They offer a dental accident plan and a dental health plan, when i clicked onto the dental health plan it clearly states no waiting periods. But when i clicked on the terms and conditions it mentioned waiting periods, so i was confused and called the call centre, the first time i was told no waiting period, the second time i was told 3 months waiting on the dental health plan, my point is why does it state up front in writing no waiting periods, when there are, and it states waiting periods is in a tiny paragraph on the Hollard terms and conditions. Hollard administrated the insurance. I could been tricked into taking insurance because of their false advertising. Are they not laws for this kind of behavior?
