I need a report

Calling adt call center its a hussel, i need a my house breaking report for the insurence i was send from piler to post . i called almost times i was speaking to a lady called amanda for my report i hold for 20min because she was looking for a mr mabena then i called gain @ 13h20 i spoke to a guy he told me i can only get my report after 48hrs that he said mr mabena will call me im still waiting for that call . im waiting for ever thats not on.
