I was in an accident on 14 March 2013 at about 07:30 in the morning. The Mini-bus driver didnt see me and drove into my lane and colided with my car.
We tried to report the accident the same day that afternoon after I came back from the hospital and when everything was calmer.
The following day we called the people from who we bought the car and they gave us a ladies contact details and she referred us to Mr Mandla Ngwane. Since then we have corresponded with him, I have sent the Claim form with attachments to Mandla on 15 March 2013.
As per e-mail of Mandla Ngwane he informed us that the assessor assesed the car on 26 March 2013 and was the report sent.
They only gave authorisation to panelbeaters on 23 April 2013, a month and a half after the accident and we are still waiting for our vehicle and we are still waiting for feedback. We call and send e-mails but we don't get satisfactory service or feedback
