This is a compliment and a complaint.

I went to your Meadowdale store to ask about making a SIM swap. My friend, who uses them monthly, told me that the people and the manager are very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. I took my friend there this month, and the shop was closed. We had to go all the way to Greenstone, which was very upsetting for my friend because she suffers from car sickness. That shop was convenient because it was close to home. I hope that you have not closed the store down because it was the only shop my friend liked going to due to her car sickness. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were a good example for your company.
