Our Mitsubishi Triton has recently had a problem where the paint was peeling on plastic exterior trim. We reported this to Cargo Mitsubishi in Meadowdale and they started a warranty claim for us. Feedback was slow and the reason given was that Mercedes Benz warranty was not responding. I then contacted Mitsubishi head office direct only to understand the dealers frustration.

To cut a long story short, Mercedes Benz failed to honour the warranty despite my warranty book showing different dates to their claimed dates and having someone acknowledge this was a fault with a batch of the cars.

Cargo Motors took our vehicle in and repaired the problem at their own cost - definitely winning me over and I will recommend them to all I know!
