We purchased tiles from your Meadowdale store on the 19th of January 2013. They were delivered to our home on the 25th of January. Upon delivery it was noted on the delivery note that there were broken tiles. I have called the Meadowdale Branch about 15 times to find out if I can bring the broken tiles in and have them replaced. Each time I'm told there's no stock and I'll be contacted as soon as there is. The last time I was told the stock arrived and was sold out again. I've spoken to the Manager who promised me I'd be called when stock arrived, I was never contacted! I've spoke to someone called JP on numerous occasions, I've left my details and I've be told I will be called back. To date no one has ever called me back. This is totally unacceptable service and I will never make another purchase from CTM
