Issue of W/l to supply fibre to 2 sites in Saldanha for Vodacom

We have been trying to obtain wayleaves to supply fiber to two sites via KWCE. We have been issued two of the three required wayleaves to complete these projects. We have been emailing since June 2023 with no response from this department.
