Poor Service

I am very very dissapointed in the service Mev.van Wyk (nurse at Saldanha Clinic) provide to my mother and daughter. Im at work i send my mother to the clinic with my daughter who is sick she has a high fever and a throat is soar and have a constant coughing. The clinic sister as mentioned above told my mother the child is not sick enough and her throat is red but not too red for infection we must go and buy medicine cause they cant always just supply supply medicine all the time!!! Sjoe i cant belive it man, is that the kind of service a person get when his/her child is sick i dont have money to go to the doctor. Why is there than a clinic? Im highly of and need some urgent feedback please.
