Intermittent/Faulty Fibre Line

Hi.
To whom it may concern.
My name is Hendrik Hanekom, a new subscriber to Vodacom Fibre. I've had fibre installed on my property in late June 2024. I've been having intermittent connections ever since, on a daily basis.

I've been complaining to Vodacom. They have sent an Octotel Technician to come check and he has done his part, by changing the level of the fibre line and changed the Octotel box inside my home.

The problem was solved for a few days and suddenly it began losing connection again. I've been on several calls with Vodacom Fibre department, and still up to date I'm sitting with the issue.

Yet they have the audacity to send me an invoice for the month, which I have to pay in full!

An Vodacom Agent told me that an amended invoice will be send to me after the issue has been solved.

I'm sure that's not how customers with issues needs to be treated.

Please I need advise on this matter?
