HEAD OFFICE - Inadequate Signal Strength and Service in Nkomazi Area Despite Consumer Complaints

What do we, as the people, need to do for you, as a multi-billion rand company, to simply provide a stable and strong signal to us? I'm in the Nkomazi area, and God knows how long you, as the provider, have been dismissing our complaints.

Telkom is more down than up. So, what network? We pay full price for a bundle upfront, and then the circle just keeps turning on the screen. Threatening you will not help. Sending a missile to wipe the company off the map won't help either. So, I'm asking again, "What do we, as the people, need to do for you, as a multi-billion rand company, to have a stable signal so we can just enjoy our simple lives? What, Vodacom? Sell our souls? What?"

There is no excuse you can give me to justify your pathetic reasoning. The battery excuse is old now; the load shedding excuse is old now; the line of sight and tower signal issues are old as well. We are in the year 2024, not the '90s, where you had to climb on the roof to catch a signal. It's maximum profit and disregard for the service!
