Epc Fibre
LEAKING POOL - BAD WORKMANSHIP - DISAPPEARED!

Our home swimming pool was relined by EPC FIBRE from Durbanville in August last year, 2012. They were paid in full and the fibreglass lining carries a 3 year guarantee from the date of completion being September, 2012.

We noticed a leak developing around October and contacted Quinton Carstens for them to come back and fix the leak. There was either no answer, no response to our messages or email and finally when we our office got hold of EPC Fibre's office we were told to contact their sub contractor ourselves! We explained that we contracted and paid EPC Fibre directly, but they were not interested.

We tried on many occassions without success. Promise after promise we were let down.

It is now March 2013 and no-one has been back to check, fix or both to return our calls. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and now we have no choice but to hand this over to our lawyers as it will be impossible to continue to fill the swiming pool.
