Bad Service, no regard for custome

Took my phone in, i was told Water damaged upon my arrival, by the lady that assisted me. Which I found strange. However, I left it for further assessment and received texts confirming assessment in progress.
I then received a call the following day, confirming the suspicion and I was told I would be charged for the repair. I agreed and they did the job, and was informed to collect the device.
I collected it on the 22/01/13 and paid the monies as prescribed. The phone was off at the time and I had to charge it when I got home and it came ON and for a good hour. However it kept on going on and off, which is what was the initial fault I had reported.
On the 23rd, I went back to the store and made them aware and I spoke to Paola and she then changed batteries and tested and the phone was fine .i then advised her that it's normal and it would go off again after a few minutes.we then charged my battery and she monitored the device which worked fine, hence I left, having told her that it would do it again. I went Went back the 30th for same reason, and on the 7 Feb again. She told they would refund me. I travelled 150 km in all of this. They could have said they cant help me. Dissapointing
