My Cellphone is wracked!!

My blackberry 9780 bold was working fine but had 2 black dots on the screen when I decided to book it in for assessment at Cellucity. 3days after I got a call from Vodacare JHB informing me what the fault was and the cost but I advised them not to fix it as it was insured. The following day they called me advising me they sent it back via RAM couriers, but 2 days after this call I went to enquire at Cellucity as I was of the opinion that It was sent back to them.

The staff advised me that its with Vodacare Greenacres and I walked with Haneem to fetch the device but to my surprise, it did not have a back cover which I know I booked it in with. Unfortunately the staff that accompanied me already left but when I went back to Cellucity, I had to wait for her. Upon her arrival 20 mins later she advised me that the back cover is on the safe and the keys are with the Manager who will only return on Thurs. I showed them the damage at the right corner of my phone and they told me its the couriers faul;t but nothing was done. I got home, put the battery and sim card on but the screen went all white, I charged but nothing happened. I am extremely disappointed with ALL this EXPERIENCE
