3 weeks later and still no phone

I handed in my BlackBerry Z10 for a warranty assessment on 14 May 2013 after complaining on Hello Peter regarding how unsatisfied I was with the device. Tuesday, 04 June would be the start of week 4 that I am left without a device (which I am paying for in full) after being promised that the assessment period would take approximately 4-5 days which I was fine with. Now 2 weeks after the day I should have received either my phone repaired or a new device I am still left without a mobile phone! A part from the inconvenience of not having a usable device, I would have paid in full for a device I have not been making use of which I am really not happy about. MTN by far has the worst customer care as nobody can give you a straight answer and EVEN ON THIS PLATFORM! I would never recommend the network as a service provider and it's so unfortunately that I am tied down by a 24 month contract.
