Bad service

I had taken my battery to be charged, which they promised to do over night. The next morning when I had arrived to collect it, they told me my battery was messed and did not charge, and still charged me.

Suspicious of the manner they were acting, I went over to battery centre and enquired whether the battery had been charged from the same guys who had checked it the day prior to me taking it to Willard battery centre. They assured me that it was not charged as it showed no activity of being charged.

They advised I return back and request a refund, which I did, the manager did not even look at, me while I was addressing my complaint, instead his receptionist attacked me, claiming it was charged. I explained I would not argue with her I was just informing them I was unhappy and what I had been told. The manger left and she carried on.

After she swore at me she threw my refund back and told me to get out and off"! I told her what terrible service she was giving me and took my refund and left.

I'm now left terribly disapointed at the crockery and terrible service I received.
Very bad experience!
