O the 23 Jan i took my E5 Nokia Phone to GSM for repairs upon arrival the assistant took in my phone to the technician for what she said is testing. after that she came back and told me its going to R400 to fix the phone i also told them that the phone has a power problem and also need software upgrade. i accepted the quote and left the phone there. when i collected the phone it was on but few minutes later there were unexplained pop-ups on the screen i went back there and i was told that it was key pad. on the 30 Jan 2014 the power problem started again and on the 03 Feb 2014 i took the phone back to GSM they again said they need to test it the assistant took the phone to the technician and when she came back she said my battery is done. i found it strange that the first time even thought they tested the phone they did not see the phone has a battery problem they made me pay only when i came back for the same problem they say its a battery problem. i demand a full refund because the first time they could have seen that the battery has reached its life span
