PAYING FOR RBM250 BUT NO FREE SMS'S or 500MB DATA!

I signed up for the Red Bull Mobile 250 package nearly 2 years ago and have had issues ever since!
First I had to endure over 3 months without a phone and now this...
After receiving a bill for an amount above my "call limit" I phoned customer care to find out why.
Upon investigation it turns out that Cell C NEVER loaded the Free 100 SMS's or 500MB Data bundle onto my account, so I've been paying out of pocket for every sms and MB of data used!
This makes sense, since I logged a call about a month ago because I could not access the RedBull Mobile sites on my phone and Cell C could not figure out at the time that I was not on a DATAPLAN!!
The help I've gotten has been absolutely APPALLING! I logged this incident near a week a ago and NO ONE has contacted me back. I've phoned the help line and all that "Olivia" could say was that Richard was in charge of the call and that there was no reason as to why the Cell C store in Eastgate had not loaded the 100 SMS's or 500MB DATA!

I find this highly unsettling as I've been paying for a service and haven't been receiving what I've been paying for!

If there's anyone out there considering a CELL C / Red Bull Mobile package, STAY CLEAR!!!
