My Red Bull Mobile has been due for an "upgrade" for 3 months now, I get an sms from cell c every month telling about my "upgrade".. and how I can choose my new phone, new package etc... well nobody in the cell c Pietermaritzburg store has any clue about red bull mobile upgrades, and the dozen times I've phoned so called customer service over the last 3 months I get told there no phones available, cell c say its red bull mobiles fault, red bull says its cell c's fault. I've tried to change to a new package for my new phone but I was told I could not do that until my current package contract is finished, even though the sms the I have been receiving the last 3 months clearly states " choose your package". Nobody in your shop seems willing to find out how to help me and your customer service just pass me from one person to the other with absolutely no progress made whatsoever. Absolutely pathetic attitude by everybody involved.
