I applied for a cellphone contract on the 1 Oct 2012 assisted by Ofentse & amp; was told once the application is processed it will take 5 days to deliver. I waited 2 weeks, no feedback was given, i had to phone back only to discover that my application was never captured, my phone was delivered after 45 days and a huge fight with them, just when i thought the worst was over, i discovered that there was an amount of R2699 that i had to pay in for the phone of which i was never informed of. I queried it and was told that they listened to the telephonic conversation of when i applied for the contract and it was true that i was not informed about the pay in amount and they will correct it.

After more than 15 calls to them, that amount was never rectified, they even tried to debit my bank account twice, 1 of the managers, Lizole promised it will be sorted asap and its almost 2 months, they always promise to give feedback and no one ever did.

Im so dissappointed and shocked of the service i got from them, this is by far the worst service ever. MTN please fix this.
