Incompetence and lack of interest

I went to the MTN outlet on the 06/04/2013 and applied for a contract. I was told that i will be contacted, i did not receive any response, i went to to the outlet on the 8th and i was told that my application was decline, reason: application need to be re-captured. The lady promised to re-capture the application and call me with feedback, on the 9th i went to the outlets again, the lady who assisted me was not there, but i spoke to a guy who advised that the application was declined and need to be recaptured, i told him that was supposed to be done already yesterday, he also promised to recapture the application and give me a call. on the 10 i went to mtn outlet and i was told that they are waiting for feedback from head office, they will contact me on monday the 13th. I did not receive a call from ANYONE so during my lunch i went to the MTN outlet again, i was told that i will be contacted before the end of the day with feedback, guess what, i was not contacted.
the service is pathetic... i mean i have been given the run around and no one seems to be interested in giving feedback.

can someone who is interested in solving my problem at MTN call me.
