Worst service ever from a Bank

I have had the worst service ever from a bank. I applied for an overdraft facility from Standard Bank on the 11th of June. The lady indicated that someone will phone me back. Two days later I had not received a call to which I again phoned Standard Bank to enquire as to why no one has phoned me back. It seems that nothing was done regarding my application and she again sent the application to the sales department.
By Friday the 14th of June I have had no feedback from Standard Bank. I had to again phone them to find out what is going on. Yet again the application had to sent through to sales department as nothing was done about the issue. The lady promised again that someone will phone me back. Well Friday came and went without any phone call.

On Saturday morning, the 15th I went through all the trouble again of phoning to get feedback. Again no one could help me as the even they had no feedback on the application. Again the application was sent to sales department. I asked the lady to ensure that they phone me back before they close at 12:00.By 11:45 I have not heard anything from them and I phoned again.
