Still waiting after 6.5 weeks, no follow up

I cracked the screen on my S3. I was told to expect a 4 week turnaround time after taking my phone in to autopage on 04 January. They told me they would send the phone to Samsung for repairs. I only got a quote for repairs on 28 Jan, which I accepted.

After emailing and phoning repeatedly, nobody seems to care to attend to why this is taking so long. When I ask people to please follow up, I typically get sent an email that informs me when I handed the phone in and when I accepted the quote for repairs. This is useless info to me. I want someone to actually follow up.

After phoning on Friday I asked for the phone to be returned so I could make a plan to get it repaired elsewhere, since clearly nothing is happening. I was told over the phone that the phone would be repaired and sent back to the head office on monday 18 Feb. I have heard nothing and don't know how to get my phone back. I know other people who got their S3 phones repaired in no time so why is this taking so ridiculously long???

I will absolutely in no way renew my contract with autopage. Their communication and efforts to follow up and keep me informed are pathetic.
